eSpring Water Treatment Systems are designed for ease of maintenance. All the main components are modular, so they can be removed easily for repair or replacement.
If you suspect your eSpring unit is malfunctioning or requires service, please contact AMWAY’s customer service team. They will guide you through helpful steps to determine if your unit does need to be sent in for repair or replacement and they will walk you through the process if it does.
Please do not simply send back your eSpring unit without first contacting AMWAY Customer Service. They will issue a Return Authorization, which includes free-of-charge postage, so that your product will be processed properly.
