To cater for growth and long-term sustainability, we will engage Blu to support our warehouse operations from February 2022, and make the following changes:
RDC and After Sales Services
• All services at RDC will cease from 31 January, Monday 3:00PM.
• RDC will be closed permanently on 8 February, Tuesday.
• Product Return remains available at Amway Singapore City Shop.
• Product Repair service (PRS) will be offered at Pacific Tech Centre level 2 (Emerald Room door near Carpark) from 3 February, Thursday. Please make a PRS appointment first via bit.ly/amwayprs.
• Last day for collection of pick-up orders at RDC on 7 February, Monday. Please refer to table below for the collection timing. Uncollected order will be processed as refund to account via credit voucher.

Online Orders and Delivery
• With effect from 1 February, Tuesday, online order cut-off time will be 2:00PM for Weekdays, and 8:00AM for Saturdays
• Warehouse migration will take place from 13 – 16 February. During this period, home delivery is affected and will resume from 17 February, Thursday. ABOs & APCs can continue to order at Amway.sg.
• Orders placed before 11 February, Friday 2:00PM will be delivered next day. Orders placed thereafter will only be processed from 16 February, Wednesday.
