Do you own an eSpring unit that has crossed the 3 year warranty mark? Do not fret - we are extending this scheme to you!
This means that your product will be covered up to its 5th year, from the original warranty start date. For example, an eSpring unit that has a warranty start date on 2 June 2007 and expires on 1 June 2010, will be covered under warranty till 1 June 2012 only.
Extended Warranty Procedures
• Return the eSpring or Atmosphere Extended Warranty Card to PRS together with the packing list (pink copy) at the Amway Singapore Collection Counter. Please do not send by post, strictly for walk-in only.
• Upon verification of the warranty, an Extended Warranty Certificate will be assigned with a unique Unit Serial number, ADA number, Distributor name, Date of Purchase, Warranty Start and End date.
• The service is only available from Mondays to Fridays 11am to 7.30pm, Saturday 11am to 3pm, except Sundays and Public holidays.
Extended Warranty Terms & Conditions
• Extended warranty will commence from the day that the original warranty expires.
• This extended warranty is not applicable with other promotions.
• Replacement parts and accessories are not included in the extended warranty programme.
• The extended warranty is not exchangeable for cash, credit note, cheque or and other products.
• Distributors cannot return the extended warranty packages once the transaction is completed.
• Strictly no replacement if the extended warranty package/card is misplaced.
