HOW TO USE:
  • Shake well to activate. Moisten your cotton pad.
  • Apply the cotton pad to your eye and lip area.
  • Hold the pad in place for a few seconds, allowing the remover to work without rubbing or tugging.
  • Sweep the cotton pad away.
