ABOUT NUTRILITE HEALTH EXPERIENCE (NHE)

Getting a better insight into your overall wellness starts with measuring your body composition and going beyond the number on the scale. You will know whether you need to gain more lean mass or lower body fat percentage to achieve a healthy body composition and a better level of health.

KNOW YOUR DAILY PROTEIN NEEDS

For average Singaporean adults aged 18-49, the recommended daily protein intake is approximately 0.8g/kg body weight. Meanwhile, older adults aged 50 and above have a higher daily recommended protein intake at 1.2g/kg bodyweight instead.

To keep your immune system functioning at optimal health, protein is needed. With protein, your body can produce antibodies which fights off infections and germs.
